Coarse- Grain Peach Mustard

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup mustard seeds
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp. dry mustard
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1/4 cup cider vinegar
  • 1/3 cup diced dried peaches
  • 2 tsp. ground coriander
  • Salt and ground black pepper, to taste

Directions

  1. Grind mustard seeds until they are the texture of coarse cornmeal. Transfer to a medium bowl. Add dry mustard, water, vinegar and orange juice and stir well. Let stand 2 hours , then stir again. Add peached, coriander and salt and pepper. Cover mustard and refrigerate 2 to 3 weeks.
