Ingredients
- 12 oz. cooked Edamame
- 1/2 an Avocado
- 1 big clove of Garlic
- 1 Shallot
- 3 Tbsp Olive Oil
- Juice of 1 Lime
- 1/4 cup mix of Parsley and Cilantro
- Salt to taste
Directions

Bring all ingredients together and pulse for 2-3 minutes until smooth, and parsley is evenly mixed in. Blend longer and add drops of water if necessary to achieve desired consistency. Serve with endives or crackers. Enjoy!
