Chinese Beef and Veggies

Ingredients
- Meat Marinade
- 8-10 ounces top round angus beef sliced thin
- 1 tbsp brown sugar
- 4 tsp sesame oil
- 2 tsp rice vinegar
- 2 tsp cornstarch
- Brown Sauce
- 2 tsp rice vinegar
- 2 tsp brown sugar
- 1/4 tsp cayenne
- 4 tsp soy sauce
- 1/2 tsp soy sauce
- 1 clove garlic
- 2 tbsp fish/oyster sauce
- 2 tsp powdered ginger
- 2-3 tsp cornstarch
- 1/2 tsp sesame oil
- 6 tbsp water
- Veggies of your choice
- Vegetable oil and cooking spray
- soy sauce if you wish
- Brown rice
Directions

Put one cup brown rice in cooker and start

Mix together ingredients for meat marinade and mix together with meat. let sit out

mix together brown sauce ingredients and set aside

Chop all vegetables

Heat vegetable oil in wok and heat until al dente. Mix and add brown sauce to vegetables and set aside

Spray smaller pan with cooking spray and sear the meat until just brown

Add meat to vegetables and mix to heat

Serve over rice immediately

Garnish with soy if desired
