Ingredients
- 4-5 lg. ripe tomatoes about 1 lb
- 1 clove garlic, crushed
- 2 lg. green pepper
- 1/2 c olive oil
- Juice of 1 lemon
- 1 mild onion, small to medium
- 3 12 ounce cans V-8
- 1 medium cucumber
- 3 stalks celery
Directions

mix all the vegetables together add juice, lemon juice and then oil. Season with salt and pepper.
