Ingredients
- 2 lbs frozen corn
- 2 tbsp butter, cut into cubes
- 2 poblano peppers, chopped or 1 large green bell pepper + 1 jalapeno, seeded and chopped
- 3 oz cream cheese, cut into cubes
- 1/2 tsp ground cumin
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1 cup shredded cheddar
- 1 tsp salt
Directions

Coat inside of crock pot with cooking spray. Combine all ingredients except cream cheese and cheddar. Cover and cook on HIGH 2 hrs.

Stir in cheese. Cover and cook on HIGH 15 minutes or until cheese are melted.
