Sugar-Free Pineapple Pie

Ingredients
- 1 cup crushed graham cracker crumbs
- 1/4 cup margarine, melted
- 1 pkg. (1 oz.) sugar-free instant vanilla pudding mix
- 1 cup (8oz.) fat-free sour cream
- 1 can (20 oz.) crushed pineapple in natural juices, drained
- 1 packet artificial sweetener
Directions
- Combine crumbs and margarine; press into bottom and up the sides of a 9-inch pie plate. Bake at 350 degrees for 8 -10 minutes; cool. In a bowl combine pudding mix and sour cream; mix well. Stir in pineapple and sweetener. Spread into crust. Chill at least 3 hours.
