Ingredients
- 1 lb. leftover ham, diced (about 3 cups)
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1 Tbsp. spicy mustard
- 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- Generous pinch garlic powder
- Generous pinch onion powder
- Splash vinegar (I used Champagne vinegar)
Directions
- In food processor or chopper, pulse the ham until finely minced.
- Transfer ham to a large bowl. Stir in remaining ingredients and mix well. Refrigerate for an hour or 2 before serving.
