Ingredients
- 8 ears of corn, husked, kernels shaved off the cob
- 1 red bell pepper, seeded and diced
- 2 fresh jalapenos, seeded and diced
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup milk
- Salt and black pepper to taste
Directions

Preheat oven to 375.

Combine the corn, bell pepper, and jalapenos in a bowl. Add the butter, cream, milk and salt and pepper to taste.

Pour in a buttered baking dish and bake for 20-25 minutes, or until hot and bubbly.

Give it a stir before serving in order to coat all the corn in the delicious cream/butter mixture under the surface.
