Ingredients
- 4 chicken breasts
- 1 red bell pepper, thinly sliced
- 1 yellow bell pepper, thinly sliced
- 2 jalapenos, seeded and thinly sliced
- 8 oz fresh sliced mushrooms
- 1 red onion, sliced
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 can French onion soup
- 1 cup dry white wine
- 1 tsp Worcestershire
- 1/4 cup fresh chopped basil
- 1 cup half-and-half
- 1/4 cup capers
Directions

Clean and dry chicken with a paper towel then cut into cubes. Mix everything together in the crock pot except capes. Cover and cook on LOW 6-8 hours. Stir in capers and serve.
