Ingredients

• 1/2 cup large, fresh strawberries (about 4), hulled
• 1 1/2 oz. sparkling wine, like prosecco or cava
• 1/2 oz. lemon juice
• 1/2 tsp. sugar

Directions

1. Combine strawberries in a blender with wine, lemon juice, sugar and a handful of ice. Blend until smooth and serve in a cocktail glass.
