Chili + Lime Roasted Asparagus

Ingredients

  • 1 large bunch of asparagus, approximately 40 thin stalks
  • 1 tablespoon of olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lime juice
  • 1/4 teaspoon sea salt
  • zest from 1 fresh lime

Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 450 degrees.

  2. Wash and cut the ends off the asparagus. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Toss the asparagus with the oil, chili powder, lime juice and sea salt. Lay flat and roast for 15 minutes, flip halfway through.

  3. Pull the asparagus out of the oven and sprinkle with fresh lime zest; serve hot or cold.
