Charred Tomatillo Salsa

Ingredients
- 1 lb. tomatillos
- 1 small white onion, peeled and quartered
- 1 cup cilantro
- 1/4 cup water
- 1 Tbsp. lime juice
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/8 tsp. cayenne pepper
Directions
- Remove husks from tomatillos; rinse.
- Grill tomatillos and onion 6 minutes over medium-high heat, turning once. Add to a blender with all remaining ingredients. Puree until blended. Serve with chips or as a sauce for meat, fish or vegetables.
