Ingredients
- 8 ounces whole-milk mozzarella, cut in 8 slices
- 2 egg whites, beaten
- 1 1/3 cups finely grated Parmesan
- 2 tablespoons EVOO
- 2 cups marinara, warmed
Directions

Dip mozzarella in egg whites; coat with Parmesan. Freeze 20 minutes. In skillet, heat EVOO over medium. Cook cheese until golden, 2 minutes per side. Serve with marinara.
