Gluten-Freee Crumb Cake

Ingredients
- cake
- 1 box (15 oz.) yellow gluten-free cake mix
- 2/3 cup sour cream
- 3 large eggs
- 1/2 stick (1/4 cup) unsalted butter, softened
- 1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
- Crumb Topping
- 1 3/4 cups gluten-free all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup packed dark brown sugar
- 1 tsp. ground cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp. ground nutmeg
- Pinch of salt
- 1 stick (1/2 cup) unsalted butter, softened
- Confectioners' sugar, for dusting
Directions
- Heat oven to 350 degrees.
- Cake: Beat all ingredients together. Spread into a foil-lined 13 × 9 × 2 inch pan. Bake 18 minutes.

Crumb Topping: Meanwhile, combine first 5 ingredients. Work in butter with your fingers until crumbs form. Carefully sprinkle a thick layer over cake and bake 10 minutes. Cool completely on a wire rack.
- Dust with confectioners’ sugar or blend 1/2 cup confectioners’ sugar with 1 Tbsp. sour cream and 2 tsp. water and drizzle over cake.
