Ambrosia Pie

Ingredients

  • 1 pkg. lemon Jell-O
  • 1/2 pkg. orange Jell-O
  • 1 cups sugar
  • 1 small can crushed pineapple
  • 1 large can pet milk
  • 2 graham cracker crusts
  • 1 can coconut

Directions

  1. Mix gelatins, sugar and pineapple in a large saucepan and place on medium heat until gelatin melts.
  2. Have pet milk very cold in refrigerator. Pour it in cold bowl and whip. Fold whipped milk into gelatin mixture and pour into pie crusts. Sprinkle with coconut over top.
  3. makes 2 pies
