Ingredients
- 1/4 C minced onion
- 2 T water
- 2 T olive oil
- 2 C ketchup
- 1/3 C brown sugar
- 3 garlic buds smashed
- 1 T cider vinegar
- 1 T tomato paste
- 1 T Worcestershire
- 1 t dry mustard
- 1/2 cayenne
- ground nutmeg and cloves

Saute onion in olive oil. Add remaining ingredients and simmer 20-30 minutes
