Ingredients
- 2 c. diced potatoes - 1 tbls. chopped onions
- 1/2 c. diced leek (white part only)
- 1/2 c. flour - 2 tbls. butter
- 1/2 c. heavy cream (whipping cream)
- 1 tsp. parsley
- 6 c. chicken stock
- 6 c. water & 6 cubes)
Directions

lst Pot: Saute onions in 2 tbls. butter till l transparent. Add flour-mix well 3 c. water & 3 cubes-stir well. Simmer about 15 min. on low.

2nd Pot: 3 c. water-3 cubes, Potatoes-leeks. Bring to boil. Simmer 20 min. Salt & pepper to taste. Combine 2 pots. Add cream and parsley
