Ingredients
- 1 3 oz. pkg. lime-flavored gelatin
- 1 1/2 cups boiling water
- 1/2 cup unsweetened grapefruit juice
- 1/2 cup skim milk
- 1 1/2 oz. envelope dessert topping mix
- 3 cups angel cake cubes

Dissolve lime-flavored gelatin in the boiling water; stir in grapefruit juice. Chill until partially set.

Using the skim milk, prepare the dessert topping mix following package directions. Fold gelatin and cake cubes into topping. Turn into 10 × 6 × 2 inch dish. Chill until mixture is firm.
