Ingredients
- 4 C all purpose flour
- 1 t salt
- 1 T sugar
- 1 3/4 C buttery Crisco
- 1/2 C cold water

Makes at least 3 crusts.

To just cook crust- brush crust with whipped egg white and bake about 425 til browned

May need pie crust ring for last 6 or so minutes

Takes about 16-18 minutes total
