Pie crust/ Karan

Ingredients

  • 4 C all purpose flour
  • 1 t salt
  • 1 T sugar
  • 1 3/4 C buttery Crisco
  • 1/2 C cold water

Directions

  1. Makes at least 3 crusts.

  2. To just cook crust- brush crust with whipped egg white and bake about 425 til browned

  3. May need pie crust ring for last 6 or so minutes

  4. Takes about 16-18 minutes total
