Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups sugar
- 2 cups self-rising flour
- 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
- 1/2 cup butter, softened
- 1/4 tsp. vanilla flavoring
- 3 eggs
- 2 large apples, peeled and diced
- 3/4 to 1 cup chopped pecans
Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Mix dry ingredients in a large bowl. Add remaining ingredients and mix well using a spoon. Lightly coat aa Bundt pan with cooking spray and spread batter into prepared pan.

Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 35 minutes. Let it cool before removing from pan.
