Ingredients
- 3 c tomatoes peeled and chopped
- 4 jalapenos peppers, seeded and chopped
- 3/4 c chopped onion
- 1 1/2 tsp salt
- 3 cloves garlic cloves, minced
- 1/2 vinegar
Directions

Combine all ingredients and boil. Cook until desired thickness. process in hot water bath for 20 minutes. makes about 2 1/2 pints.

I have used Anaheim peppers instead of the jalapenos. Worked great for a milder flavor.
