Taco Sauce

Ingredients

  • 3 c tomatoes peeled and chopped
  • 4 jalapenos peppers, seeded and chopped
  • 3/4 c chopped onion
  • 1 1/2 tsp salt
  • 3 cloves garlic cloves, minced
  • 1/2 vinegar

Directions

  1. Combine all ingredients and boil. Cook until desired thickness. process in hot water bath for 20 minutes. makes about 2 1/2 pints.

  2. I have used Anaheim peppers instead of the jalapenos. Worked great for a milder flavor.
