Angel Berry Trifle

Ingredients

  • 1 sugar-free angel food cake, cur or torn into bite-sized pieces
  • 1 small package sugar-free, fat-free, Cheesecake Jell-O Pudding
  • 3 1/2 cups fat-free or nonfat milk
  • 1 container light whipped topping
  • 1 container fat-free whipped topping
  • Quart of strawberries, sliced, with Splenda sprinkled on them, Reserve one strawberry for top

Directions

  1. Mix both pudding mixes into the milk and let sit for 3 to 4 minutes until thickened, then begin layering in the bottom of a trifle bowl or any clear glass bowl.

  2. Half the angel food cake

  3. half of the pudding mixture;

  4. half of the strawberries;

  5. half of the whipped topping;

  6. Then repeat.

  7. You can also use blackberries, blueberries or raspberries, or combination of as many as you have.
