Ingredients
- 1/2 cup hot pepper jelly
- 1 tbsp. grated fresh ginger
- 1 tsp honey
- 2 tsp olive oil
- 16 oz. package smoked sausage, cut into 1-inch slices

In a medium bowl, whisk together pepper jelly, ginger, and honey.

In a 10-inch cast-iron skillet, heat oil over medium-high heat. Add sausage; cook, stirring frequently, until browned, 8-10 minutes. Using a slotted spoon, transfer sausage to pepper jelly mixture, and toss to coat.
