Smoked Sausage Bites

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup hot pepper jelly
  • 1 tbsp. grated fresh ginger
  • 1 tsp honey
  • 2 tsp olive oil
  • 16 oz. package smoked sausage, cut into 1-inch slices

Directions

  1. In a medium bowl, whisk together pepper jelly, ginger, and honey.

  2. In a 10-inch cast-iron skillet, heat oil over medium-high heat. Add sausage; cook, stirring frequently, until browned, 8-10 minutes. Using a slotted spoon, transfer sausage to pepper jelly mixture, and toss to coat.
