Ingredients
- Shredded mozzarella
- 8 slices white bread
- 4 eggs, beaten
- 1/2 cup milk
- flour
- Olive oil, for frying
Directions

Sprinkle mozzarella over 4 slices bread; top each with another slice of bread. Trim the crusts and quarter each into triangles. Dip in egg with milk, then dredge in flour.

Shallow-fry in olive oil in a skillet over medium heat until golden, 2-3 minutes per side. Drain on paper towels and season with salt.
