Ingredients
- 1 lb. smoked cheddar cheese, shredded
- 12 lb. cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise or to taste
- 4 oz. cream cheese, softened
- 1 (4 oz.) jar pimentos, drained
- 1 Tbsp. granulated sugar
- Salt and ground black pepper
- Pinch ground red pepper (cayenne)
- 8 slices bacon, cooked drained and crumbled
Directions

Combine all ingredients in a large bowl and mix well.

This basic recipe can be made without the bacon, for plain pimento cheese. Or mix any other cooked meat you like with the cheese.
