Ingredients
- 1 avocado
- 1 cup fresh basil
- 1 cup fresh parsley
- 1/4 cup walnuts
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan
- 1 garlic clove
- 2 tbsp. water
- 1/2 lemon, juiced
- 1/2 tsp each kosher salt and red pepper flakes
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1 lb. pasta, cooked
Directions

Puree avocado, basil, parsley, walnuts, Parmesan, garlic, water, lemon juice, salt and pepper flakes. With the machine running, gradually add olive oil. Toss with pasta. Top with more parmesan.
