Baked Cheesecake Classic

Ingredients
- 1 pkg. (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 Tbsp lemon juice
- 1/4 tsp. vanilla
- Dash salt
- 2 eggs
- 1 Keebler Ready Crust Graham Pie Crust
- Topping:
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1/4 tsp. vanilla
- 2 Tbsp. sugar
Directions

In large bowl, beat cream cheese and 1/2 cup sugar on medium speed until fluffy.

Beat in lemon juice, 1/4 tsp. vanilla and salt. Add

eggs, one at a time, mixing until just combined.

Place crust on baking sheet. Pour in cream cheese mixture.

Bake at 325 degrees about 25 minutes or until knife inserted into filling 1 inch from edge comes out clean.

In small bowl, combine sour cream, 2 Tbsp. sugar and 1/4 tsp. vanilla. Carefully spread over cheese cake.

Bake at 325 degrees for 10 minutes. Cool on wire rack for 1 hour. Refrigerate at least 2 hours.
