Baked Cheesecake Classic

Ingredients

  • 1 pkg. (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 Tbsp lemon juice
  • 1/4 tsp. vanilla
  • Dash salt
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 Keebler Ready Crust Graham Pie Crust
  • Topping:
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 tsp. vanilla
  • 2 Tbsp. sugar

Directions

  1. In large bowl, beat cream cheese and 1/2 cup sugar on medium speed until fluffy.

  2. Beat in lemon juice, 1/4 tsp. vanilla and salt. Add

  3. eggs, one at a time, mixing until just combined.

  4. Place crust on baking sheet. Pour in cream cheese mixture.

  5. Bake at 325 degrees about 25 minutes or until knife inserted into filling 1 inch from edge comes out clean.

  6. In small bowl, combine sour cream, 2 Tbsp. sugar and 1/4 tsp. vanilla. Carefully spread over cheese cake.

  7. Bake at 325 degrees for 10 minutes. Cool on wire rack for 1 hour. Refrigerate at least 2 hours.
