Ingredients
- 2 cups diced , cooked chicken
- 2 Tbsp. margarine
- 1 1/2 cups chopped onion
- 1 1/2 cups chopped celery
- 1 cup chopped green pepper
- 3 Tbsp. chopped pimiento
- 1/2 cup uncooked long grain rice
- 1 can mushroom soup
- 2 cups milk
- 2 Tbsp. soy sauce
- 1 (3 oz.) can chow mein noodles
Directions

Saute vegetables in margarine until golden. Add remaining ingredients, except noodles. Turn into greased 13 × 9 inch casserole; cover.

Bake in 350 degree oven for 1 hour, stirring occasionally. Add more milk if needed. Sprinkle noodles on top and return to oven, uncovered for 5 minutes.
