Grain-free pizza

Ingredients

  • 2 c grated cheese
  • 3/4 c almond flour/riced cauliflower
  • 1 T psyllium husk powder
  • 3 T cream cheese
  • 1 egg
  • salt and pepper

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F.

  2. Combine the shredded cheese, almond flour and cream cheese.

  3. Add in the egg, salt, and Italian seasoning. It will be a little sticky, that’s okay.

  4. Form the dough into a ball and place on the center of your pizza stone/baking sheet. Roll between two layers of parchment paper.

  5. Bake crust in the prepared oven for 8 minutes. Remove when it is slightly puffed and browned.

  6. For cauliflower crust, bake for 25+ minutes at 400 degrees. Cook cauliflower first and remove excess water with a dish towel.
