Beef- Peach Pie

Ingredients

  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 tsp. instant minced onion
  • 1 cup soft bread crumbs
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/8 tsp. pepper
  • 1 can (8 oz.) sliced peaches, drained
  • 1/4 cup packed brown sugar
  • 1 Tbsp. vinegar
  • 1 Tbsp. ketchup

Directions

  1. Mix beef, egg, milk, onion, crumbs, salt and pepper and press into 9-inch pie pan. With a fork, deeply prick entire surface.

  2. Bake in 350 degree oven 25 to 30 minutes. Remove from oven and pour off fat. Arrange peach slices over “pie”. Mix remaining ingredients and spoon over all.

  3. Bake 20 minutes at 350 degrees, then serve in wedges.
