- 1 1/2 cups drained kimchi (reserve 2 tbsp. brine)
- 1 scallion, chopped
- 1 garlic clove, grated
- 1 tsp. sesame oil
Directions

Grill kimchi over medium-high heat, turning, until charred, 1 minute. Chop with combine with scallion, garlic, sesame oil and reserved brine.
