Ingredients
- 4 pork c hops, 1-inch thick
- 2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
- 1 cup chili sauce
- 1/2 cup water
- 3 Tbsp. vinegar
- 1/4 cup chopped onion
- 2 Tbsp. brown sugar
- 1 beef bouillon cube
- 1 tsp. dry mustard
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 4 drops hot pepper sauce
Directions

Brown chops in butter and place in shallow one and 1/2 quart baking dish.

Combine remaining ingredients and cook and stir until hot and bouillon cube is dissolved. Pour over chops.

Cover and bake in a preheated 350 degrees oven about one hour.
