Ingredients
- 5 to 8 lb. turkey
- 1/2 cup butter or margarine
- 1 tsp. chili powder
- 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
- 3 Tbsp. lemon juice
- Dash bottled hot sauce
Directions

Wash turkey. Pat dry. Cut into 10 serving pieces.

Heat remaining ingredients in a saucepan until bubbly.

Place turkey on grill, bone side down. Grill about 25 minutes, basting occasionally with chili marinade. Turn.

Place a piece of foil loosely over top of grill. Continue grilling turkey pieces 20 to 30 minutes or until done. While grilling, sprinkle charcoal several rimes with water so turkey broils and steams and stays moist.
