Vidalia Onion Swiss Dip

Ingredients

  • 3 cups chopped Vidalia onion
  • 2 cups shredded Swiss cheese
  • 2 cups mayo
  • 1/4 cup prepared horseradish
  • 1 tsp hot pepper sauce
  • Black pepper
  • Assorted crackers or fresh veggies

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 375. In a large bowl, mix the first 5 ingredients. Transfer to a deep-dish pie plate.

  2. Bake, uncovered, 25-30 minutes or until edges are golden brown and onion is tender. Sprinkle with pepper. Serve warm with crackers or veggies.
