Ingredients
- 3 cups chopped Vidalia onion
- 2 cups shredded Swiss cheese
- 2 cups mayo
- 1/4 cup prepared horseradish
- 1 tsp hot pepper sauce
- Black pepper
- Assorted crackers or fresh veggies

Preheat oven to 375. In a large bowl, mix the first 5 ingredients. Transfer to a deep-dish pie plate.

Bake, uncovered, 25-30 minutes or until edges are golden brown and onion is tender. Sprinkle with pepper. Serve warm with crackers or veggies.
