Ingredients
- 2 tbsp. olive oil
- 1 sprinkle flour
- 12-16 oz. ball prepared pizza dough
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 1 large zucchini, shredded
- Salt and pepper
- 1 cup marinara
- 1 ball fresh mozzarella, sliced into thin rounds
Directions

Preheat oven to 400.

Brush half of the olive oil onto a large baking sheet and sprinkle it with the flour.

Stretch the pizza dough into a 15×8-inch rectangle.

Saute the onion and zucchini in the remaining olive oil until softened. Season with the salt and pepper.

Top part of the dough with the marinara sauce and fresh mozzarella, and part of it with your zucchini topping.

Bake the pie until the crust has browned and the cheese has melted, 25-30 minutes. Slice and serve.
