Ingredients
- 1 pound Brussels sprouts
- 2 cups sliced strawberries
- 1 cup blueberries
- 1 cup green grape halves
- 1/2 cup toasted sliced almonds
- Dressing:
- ⅓ cup vegetable oil
- 1/4 cup honey
- 3 tablespoons white vinegar
- 1 tablespoon water
- 1 teaspoon poppy seeds
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
Directions

Using a food processor fitted with the slicing disc, slice Brussels sprouts.

In a large bowl, combine Brussels sprouts, strawberries, blueberries, grapes and almonds.

Add Poppy Seed Honey Vinaigrette.

Stir until salad mixture is coated.
