Ingredients
- 4 top sirloin steaks, room temp
- 1/2 tsp kosher salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 2 tbsp. unsalted butter
- 1 tsp olive oil
- 4 garlic cloves, smashed
- 3 sprigs fresh rosemary
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1 tsp balsamic vinegar
Directions

Sprinkle steaks with salt and pepper.

In a 12-inch cast-iron skillet, heat butter, oil, garlic and rosemary over medium-high heat. Add steaks; cook, turning once, until browned and cooked to desired doneness, about 6 minutes per side. Remove steaks from skillet. Let rest at room temp.

Add honey and vinegar to skillet; cook, stirring frequently, until thickened, about 2 minutes. Return steaks to skillet before serving.
