Ingredients
- 1 pint grape tomatoes, halved
- 1 tbsp. olive oil
- Salt and pepper
- 4 oz. goat cheese
- 1 tbsp. chopped basil
- 2 tsp dried oregano
- 1 garlic clove, grated
- Crackers
Directions

Toss tomatoes with olive oil on a rimmed baking sheet; season with salt and pepper. Roast at 400 until softened, 15-20 minutes. Mix goat cheese with basil, dried oregano and garlic. Spread on crackers and top with the tomatoes and torn basil.
