Make Texas-Style Chili, transferring the browned meat and vegetables to an Instant Pot. Use only 1 cup water and beef broth. Cook on HIGH pressure, 30 minutes. Let stand 20 minutes, then manually release the remaining pressure. Uncover and simmer on the medium saute setting until thickened, 15-20 minutes.
