Ingredients
- 2 bunches broccoli rabe
- Olive oil
- salt
- Lemon zest
- Grated pecorino
- red pepper flakes
Directions

Blanch broccoli rabe in salted boiling water until bright green, 1 minute; drain. Transfer to a large bowl of ice water to cool; drain and pat dry. Toss with olive oil. Season with salt. Grill over medium-high heat, turning, until lightly charred, 3 to 4 minutes. Sprinkle with lemon zest, grated pecorino and red pepper flakes.
