Ingredients
- 2 lbs. fresh thin French green beans, cut into 2-inch pieces
- 1/2 cup water
- 2 tbsp. minced fresh oregano
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp celery salt
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- 1/2 cup pine nuts or sliced almonds, toasted
Directions

In a slow cooker, combine all ingredients except pine nuts. Cook, covered, on LOW until beans are tender, 5-6 hours. Remove with a slotted spoon. Top with pine nuts.
