Ingredients
- 1/2 cup light brown sugar
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1 tsp kosher salt
- 1/4 to 1/2 tsp ground red pepper
- 1 large egg white
- 1 cup pecan halves
- 1 cup whole almonds
- 1 cup walnut halves

Preheat oven to 300. Lightly spray a rimmed baking sheet with cooking spray.

In a small bowl, whisk together brown sugar, cinnamon, salt and red pepper. In a large bowl, whisk egg white until foamy. Whisk sugar mixture into egg white until combined. Stir in nuts until well coated. Spread nuts in an even layer on prepared pan.

Bake until golden, about 20 minutes, stirring halfway through. Let cool completely.
