Ingredients
- 2 cups mayo
- 1/2 cup whole buttermilk
- 3 tbsp. apple cider vinegar
- 2 tsp Dijon
- 2 tsp prepared horseradish
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp kosher salt
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- Smoked chicken, to serve

In a small bowl, whisk together mayo, buttermilk, vinegar, Dijon, horseradish, garlic powder, pepper, salt and paprika. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving or for up to 1 week. Serve with smoked chicken.
