Classic Pimiento Cheese

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups mayo
  • 7 oz. jar diced pimientos, drained
  • 1 tbsp. packed grated Vidalia onion, undrained
  • 1 tbsp. Dijon
  • 2 tsp Worcestershire
  • 16 oz. package extra-sharp Cheddar, shredded
  • 16 oz. package extra-sharp white Cheddar, shredded

Directions

  1. In a large bowl, stir together mayo, pimientos, onion, mustard, and Worcestershire; stir in all cheese until well combined. Cover and refrigerate for up to 1 week.
