Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups mayo
- 7 oz. jar diced pimientos, drained
- 1 tbsp. packed grated Vidalia onion, undrained
- 1 tbsp. Dijon
- 2 tsp Worcestershire
- 16 oz. package extra-sharp Cheddar, shredded
- 16 oz. package extra-sharp white Cheddar, shredded

In a large bowl, stir together mayo, pimientos, onion, mustard, and Worcestershire; stir in all cheese until well combined. Cover and refrigerate for up to 1 week.
