Ingredients
- 8 oz. cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup smoked gouda, shredded
- 2 tbsp. chopped pimientos
- 2 tbsp. chives, chopped
- 1 tsp Worcestershire
- Pinch of cayenne
- 1 tsp paprika
- Finely crushed pretzels
Directions

Beat cream cheese with gouda, pimientos, chives, Worcestershire and cayenne pepper with a mixer. Form into 1-inch balls, place on a plate and refrigerate until slightly firm, at least 2 hours. Dust with paprika and roll in crushed pretzels just before serving.
