Pretzel-Crusted Cheese Balls

Ingredients

  • 8 oz. cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup smoked gouda, shredded
  • 2 tbsp. chopped pimientos
  • 2 tbsp. chives, chopped
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire
  • Pinch of cayenne
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • Finely crushed pretzels

Directions

  1. Beat cream cheese with gouda, pimientos, chives, Worcestershire and cayenne pepper with a mixer. Form into 1-inch balls, place on a plate and refrigerate until slightly firm, at least 2 hours. Dust with paprika and roll in crushed pretzels just before serving.
