Spiced Sweet Potato Wedges

Ingredients

  • 2 medium sweet potatoes, cut into 12 wedges each
  • 1 tbsp. canola oil
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp chili powder
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp kosher salt
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 1 tbsp. fresh lime juice
  • 1 tbsp. half-and-half
  • 2 tsp chopped fresh chives

Directions

  1. In a large bowl, combine potatoes and water to cover. Cover and refrigerate for 1 hour.

  2. Preheat oven to 450.

  3. Drain potatoes, and pat dry. On a large rimmed baking sheet, toss together potatoes, oil, onion powder, chili powder, and pepper until well coated; spread in a single layer on pan.

  4. Bake until browned and crisp, 25 to 30 minutes, turning halfway through baking. Sprinkle with salt.

  5. In a small bowl, stir together sour cream, lime juice, half-and-half, and chives. Serve with potatoes.
