Ingredients
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 tbsp. sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 6 cups whole milk
- 1 split vanilla bean
- 1 cinnamon stick
- 6 oz. bittersweet chocolate, grated
- 2 tbsp. creamy peanut butter

In a large mixing bowl, whisk the cream, sugar and vanilla to make whipped cream, 3 to 4 minutes, then chill. Bring the milk, vanilla bean, and cinnamon stick to a simmer in a large sauce pan, then whisk in the chocolate and peanut butter.

Reduce the heat and simmer for a few minutes, remove from the heat, discard the vanilla bean and cinnamon stick, and cover to keep hot. Serve the peanut butter hot chocolate with whipped cream on top.
