Crispy Southwestern Chicken Cutlets

Ingredients
- 2 chicken cutlets
- 1/2 panko
- 1/4 c monterey jack cheese
- 1/2 tsp chili powder
- 1 tsp southwest spice
- salt and pepper
- olive oil
- 4 tbls sour cream
- 1 tsp hot sauce
Directions

Preheat 425 degrees

pat chicken dry with paper towels; season with salt and pepper.

Evenly brush tops of chicken with the sour cream

In a medium bowl, combine panko, Monterey Jack, a drizzle of olive oil, chili powder, 1 tsp Southwest Spice, salt, and pepper.

Mound panko mixture onto brushed sides, pressing firmly to adhere.

Drizzle each piece of coated chicken with oil.

Roast in pan 15-18 min

serve with hot sauce on top is desired
