Ingredients
- 1 1/2 tsp kosher salt, divided
- 1 1/2 tsp black pepper, divided
- 2 bone-in rib-eye steaks
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1 tbsp chopped fresh oregano
- 1 1/2 lbs. cremini mushrooms, halved if large
- 1 pint cherry tomatoes
- 4 garlic cloves, smashed
- 3/4 cup Marsala wine
- 1/2 tsp cornstarch
- Garnish: chopped fresh oregano
Directions

eheat oven to 400. Line a 17×12-inch rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper.

Sprinkle 1 tsp salt and 1 tsp pepper all over steaks. Place on one side of prepared pan.

In a large bowl, whisk together melted butter, oregano, remaining 1/2 tsp salt and remaining 1/2 tsp pepper. Stir in mushrooms, tomatoes and garlic. Place mushroom mixture on other side of prepared pan.

In a small saucepan, bring wine and cornstarch to a boil over medium-high heat. Cook, whisking occasionally, for 5 minutes; pour all over steaks and veggies.

Bake for 15 minutes; turn steaks. Increase oven temp to broil and broil until steaks are cooked to your liking, 5 to 10 minutes. Garnish with oregano.
