Creamy Potato Soup

Ingredients

  • 8 to 9 Idaho potatoes, chopped into bite-sized pieces
  • 10.75 oz. can cream of chicken soup
  • 4 cups chicken broth or stock
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 2 to 4 carrots, chopped
  • 1 to 2 stalks celery, chopped
  • 3 green onions, chopped
  • 8 oz. block cream cheese, chopped into cubes
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 1/2 tsp pepper
  • 1 tsp salt

Directions

  1. Place all ingredients into your slow cooker and stir.

  2. Cook on LOW for 8 to 10 hours.
