Ingredients
- 8 to 9 Idaho potatoes, chopped into bite-sized pieces
- 10.75 oz. can cream of chicken soup
- 4 cups chicken broth or stock
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 2 to 4 carrots, chopped
- 1 to 2 stalks celery, chopped
- 3 green onions, chopped
- 8 oz. block cream cheese, chopped into cubes
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 2 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 1/2 tsp pepper
- 1 tsp salt
Directions

Place all ingredients into your slow cooker and stir.
